I am a mobile personal trainer, which means I come to you, I bring all the equipment and there is no need to step out of the house. My goal is to see you reach your goals, and working with you to be the best you can be. I have had weight issues myself and I love seeing peoples transformations. I am keen to help increase fitness, lose weight, improve lifestyle, help entire families, corporate challenges, small group classes, one on one sessions, one on two sessions, pre and post natal fitness and green prescription discounts. The best thing is you don't have to pay extra gym fees and everything can be done in a location of your choosing. I will provide a program and nutritional advice. I also provide Yummy mummy fitness bootcamps for the Rotorua region, these are in support of the widely popular Big shape up 12 and 6 week challenges.
