I'm the founder of the integrative holistic coaching practice Be In Balance, and I'm passionate about supporting you in creating meaningful, lasting change from the inside out.
I help you transform your relationship with food, body, and life through holistic mind-body coaching. I combine mindset transformation, eating psychology, and holistic nutrition approaches to address the root causes of stress, limiting beliefs, negative thinking patterns, and challenges with food and body image.
Unlike traditional nutritionists, I focus on the mind-body connection, helping stressed individuals clear limiting beliefs and restore inner balance. My approach supports mental and emotional wellbeing first, creating sustainable transformation from the inside out.

I'm available online via Zoom, with in-person sessions by request in Auckland.
