It is not about being super fit, super athletic build or hyper active. For me it is about setting realistic targets, developing your strength and mobility.
My knowledge and experience covers rehab from injuries, weight loss and management, being active through menopause, coaching in making fitness a normal part of life and coaching running, cycling and swimming.
