A - asking and listening, followed by palpation - touching the pain, pulse taking, physical testing to uncover the root cause of the dis-ease, guide treatment and build a plan for recovery. Treatment may employ techniques of acupuncture, moxibustion, tuina, cupping, guasha, heat, liniment or balm, lifestyle and dietary therapy, take-away/take home therapy and or any combination of the above! Treatment can take place in either individual or community style clinics.
