Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at Ashburton, on November 22, 2022, in her 100th year. On 20th November 2022, aged 36. As a result of a tragic accident in the Blue Mountains (out of Sydney), our free spirited, loving and much-loved Rich has left us. Forever loving partner of Samara, much loved son of Mary and Oscar, brother and brother-in-law of Tom and Kim and Kate and Chad. Hugely adored and enjoyed by all of his aunties, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Rich was an inspiration to us all with his fun-loving outlook and enthusiasm for living life. His sense of humour, resounding voice and big laugh will be hugely missed. Rich touched so many people’s lives and lit up every room he walked into. A celebration of Richard’s life will be held. After overcoming her disabilities, she showed everyone what an amazing woman she was. Some people call her determined, some call her stubborn, her family call her, pig headed. Her strength and courage gave her the ability to come back after her stroke to live 16 full years with her ever growing family. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, 22nd November 2022, aged 85 years. Much loved and cherished wife of the late Bill Kensington of whom Lorna was married to for 58 years.
