Passed away peacefully at her home with family at her side, after a brief illness. Deeply loved and loving wife of the late William (Bill); adored and treasured mother to Gwen, Bryce, Geoffrey, Miriana, Karyn, Karl, Nicola and their families. Frank passed away peacefully at Parkwood Lodge on Monday 24 October 2022, aged 86 and after a short illness. Passed away peacefully at Geraldine Life Care on Thursday, November 24, 2022. A much loved and loving wife of Richard and a loved mother and mother-in-law of Joanne and David Lloyd, and Beverley and Nick Osborne. A devoted Peggy to Ella, and Alex; Emily, and Harry and a cherished daughter of Veronica and Leslie Gleeson (both deceased). Messages to 12 Chestnut Place, Geraldine. WONG, Leslie Stephen

15.12.1961 — 21.5.2020
Beloved husband of Beth, father of Samantha, Simon, Stephen, Joshua and Gabriel, father-in-law of Dave, Natalie and Elyse, and proud grandfather. Leslie passed away suddenly at his home May 21, 2020. As we were unable to include many in his farewell, Leslie’s family would like to inform you that we will be having a Celebration of his life. This Memorial will be held at The Verandah, Hamilton Lake, Sunday, December 18 at 1pm. My darling wife passed away after a brave battle with cancer, will forever be missed by her husband Brett and our lovely dog Emmie. Sister to Ross & Deb, sister-in-law to Judith & Wills, Aunty to Summer, Tone, Daniel, Natalie, Melissa and Tony. Thanks to all the staff at Hospice Waikato. A service for Raewyn will be held at Woodside Estate, Woodside Road, Matangi, Hamilton, on Wednesday, 7th of December 2022 at 11.00am, followed by a private cremation. Died on Saturday, November 12, 2022, aged 65 years, after a long illness bravely fought. Loving partner of Michael. Daughter of Betty and the late Peter. Alison will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends. Many thanks to neighbours and friends for your support in recent trying times. Alison appreciated your help - it allowed her to keep her animals to the end. My sense of loss makes a public ceremony unbearable, so please forgive any offence caused by the private cremation that was held on Thursday, November 24, 2022. Please consider a donation to The Cancer Society so that they can help others who travel this rocky road. Their assistance was marvellous.

Doctor of Science University of Otago. On 27th November 2022 having recently turned 97, Audrey peacefully passed away at Braeside Hospital, Birchleigh. Loved wife of the late Harold. Aged 54. Taken suddenly on November 21, 2022. Much loved husband to Lisa and father to Gabriel and Luke. Son of Sue, and Lisa and Norman (dec). Brother to Tim, and Sam (Auckland) and Mana, Emma, Maru (Australia), Ra, and Kiri (Temuka). Was loved and respected by everyone who knew him. A service for Horace will be held in Auckland on Friday, followed by burial at Arowhenua Urupa (cemetery) on Sunday, December 4, 2022 at 11.00am.

FOLEY, Arnold John Robert

Passed away suddenly and peacefully at 8.00pm on Sunday, November 27, 2022 at Christchurch Hospital; aged 92 years. He was surrounded by his loving family. Forever loved by his wife of 67 years, Shirley (nee McEwin), his children Kathryn and Terry Hopkins, Jan and John Ruardy, Todd and Jenny Foley. Dearly loved eldest brother of Josie and the late Kieran, Maureen and Doug, the late Maurice and Yvonne, the late Graham and Grace. Loved and idolised grandfather and great-grandfather to 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Brother-in-law to Neil and Shirley, Donna and Phil who reside in Australia.
A Memorial service will be held for Arnold at St Mary’s Catholic Church, New Brighton, on Tuesday, December 6, at 11.30am. All who knew Arnold are welcome. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff at Avon Lifecare Hospital, the
staff at Christchurch Hospital ED department, and especially to those staff of the Medical Assessment Unit who took great care of Arnold and treated him with dignity and respect in his final hours.
