Passed away peacefully on January 20, 2023, in his 94th year after a brave battle at Christchurch Hospital. Dearly loved husband to Mary (dec), and father and father-in-law to Joceline (dec), and Geoff, Paul and Ingrid, Pierre and Anne, Marc and Mary. Also Grandfather and Step-Grandfather to Paul, Luke, Marc, Kate, Kelly, Erica, Erin, Ashley, Emilie and Mark. Great-grandparent and Step-Great-grandparent to Coraline, Xavier, Raphael, Sebastien, Larrisa (and Winter GGG), Michael, Andre, Aliya, Danica, Ember, Nolan, Jesse, Skyla.

A very sincere thanks to all of the amazing and dedicated staff at St John Ambulance and Christchurch Hospital who took care and fought alongside. A private committal and cremation has already taken place. To allow for travel from overseas a celebration of Guy’s life will take place at a time and place yet to be decided.
