SHEERIN, Ian Grant
Passed away peacefully in his sleep at home in the early hours of January 2, 2023 after a long illness, age 69. Dearly loved son of the late Bruce and Lillian; husband to Wilhelmina; father to Celia, Tessa and Madeline; grand- father to Djuna, Kurt and Fergus; brother to the late Colin, Ross and Neil; and nephew, cousin, friend and colleague to many others. Born in Te Kuiti, grew up in Tauranga, educated at Waikato and Canterbury Universities, and lived in Canterbury for many years. Prominent in the health field. Loved the great outdoors and travel.
Will be greatly missed.
A private cremation was held on January 6, 2023.
