Death

Passed away peacefully at Heatherlea Rest Home on Sunday 8th January 2023, aged 89 years. Loved wife of the late Donald Francis Simpson (Don), who passed away 1999. Treasured Mum of Julie (Nelson) and Paul (New Plymouth). Sister and sister-in-law of Betty (dec) and Reg (dec) Thorne, Nola (dec) and Ray (dec) Wooding, Jean (dec) and Jack (dec) Close, Shirley and David (dec) Livingstone (New Plymouth), Zena and Merv (dec) Shore (New Plymouth). A very big thank you to Alzheimer’s Taranaki, TDHB Community Support Services, and Omahanui Home Care Services to enable Mum to live at home for as long as possible.
