BUXTON, Joan Elizabeth
Passed away peacefully at Rosewood Rest Home on January 6, 2023, aged 81 Beloved wife of the late Warwick. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Karen and the late Roy, Jeff, Steph, Maree and Mark. Much loved Nana to Kamil, Shakeal, Ashleigh-Jo, Mackenzie, Sanae and Danya. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Peggy and John, Lindsay and Roz, Nev and Helen, Malcolm, Noel (deceased) and Rowan. Will be sadly missed by her extended family and friends. A big thanks to the staff at Rosewood and Brookhaven Rest Homes for their care of Mum for the last 3.5 years. A very special thanks to Saara, Jocelyn, Hollie and Jill for the love and care of Mum in her final hours. Joan’s memorial service will be held at Parklands Baptist Community Church, 180 Queenspark Drive, Parklands, Christchurch on Friday, January 13, 2023 at 10.30am.
