MOORE, Kathleen Faye (Faye)

It is with much sadness the we announce the passing of our beautiful Faye on Sunday, January 8, 2023, aged 83. Eldest daughter of George Reko* and Elizabeth Mary (Molly)* Amos. A dearly loved and respected sister of Aileen* and Doug* MacNaught, and adored “Fazey Wazey” of her youngest sister Lorraine “Bugsy” and John* White (Mataura). Loving wife to Colin*, and loving mother to Stewart and Veronika (Berlin, Germany). Dearly loved Mum of Fi and Andrew Smith (Invercargill), and cherished Nana Faye of James, George, and Tom. Much loved Aunty Faye to all her nieces and nephews. As per Faye’s wishes, a private farewell will be held on Friday, January 13. Until then, Faye is resting in the special care of J Fraser & Sons, cnr Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill. An open Committal Service will be held at 2.00pm on Wednesday, March 1 at Mataura Cemetery where her ashes will be interred. Donations to Hospice Southland in her memory would be appreciated at any time, or at the Mataura service.
