Passed away peacefully on Monday, 9th January 2023 at Waikato Hospital. Much loved son of Warwick and Lynette. Brother of Rochelle. Loving father of Kodie and Brooke.Father-in-law of Jada Proud Pop Pop of Navee. Beloved partner of Jenny and step-dad of Jacob, Angus and Connor. A big thank you to all the staff at Waikato hospital for their amazing care of Dwayne. A service to celebrate the life of Dwayne will be held in the Matamata Club, Rawhiti Room, Rawhiti Ave, Matamata, on Friday, 13th January, at 11.00am.
