Passed away peacefully on January 7, 2023, at Palm Grove Rest Home, Christchurch, aged 98 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Lorna Jean (nee Taylor). Loved twin-brother of the late George Nevis Amor. Dearly loved and respected father and father-in-law of Diane and Peter Packham, and Neville and Lee Amor. Dearly loved grandfather of Coral, Colin, Jessica, Lorie, Coral and great-grandfather of 6. Thanks to the Staff of Palm Grove Rest home for their care and dedication. A Celebration of Allen’s life will be held at Simplicity Funerals Memories Lounge, corner of Coleridge St and Gasson St, Sydenham, on Wednesday, January 11, at 4.00pm. Private cremation thereafter.
