It is with the saddest regret we announce the passing on December 23, 2022, at 4.10pm at the Christchurch Hospital. Berend passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family. There will be a Memorial service to celebrate his life in the New Year. Messages c/- the Ter Haar family, 78 Brisbane Street, Waltham, Christchurch 8023.
