BUCHANAN, Mary Felicity

Passed away peacefully on 24 December 2022; aged 77. Dearly loved and cherished wife of the late Leo; much loved mother and mother-in-law of Rachel & Mike, Felicity, Hana & Mitch, Benjamin, Mathew, Emma, Ruth & Andreas, Joseph & Marama, Kathy; and “Ma Mary” to her mokopuna - Lily, Antonietta, Frances; Henry, Clare, Tusiata, Eleanor, Uma, Matthias & Ahikaea. Eldest of 12 and cherished by her brothers and sisters. "Loved by everyone who knew her”. Heartfelt thanks to Village at the Park, whanau, colleagues and friends for aroha and support.

Mary’s Funeral Mass will be held at St Mary of the Angels, Boulcott Street, Wellington, on Thursday 29 December 2022 at 1.00pm, followed by burial at Opau Urupa, 662 Makara Road, Makara. The Vigil Service will be held at The Wilson Funeral Home, 375 Adelaide Road, Newtown, on Wednesday evening at 5.00pm.
