At Whanganui Hospital on Tuesday 20th December 2022, in the 69th year of her religious profession. Loved Sister of the Sisters of St Joseph of the Sacred Heart. Loved daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Ryan. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Lorna and Barry Leydon, Fr Bern SM, Sister Moya OCDN (all deceased). Much loved Aunty Jo to all her nieces and nephews and their children. We wish to thank the staff of St John and ED at Whanganui Hospital for their wonderful care of Kate, in her last hours. A special thanks to Quinlan Court Staff and residents for their homely support and companionship over these past years. Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St Mary’s Catholic Church, Guyton Street, Whanganui, on Wednesday 28th December 2022 at 10.30am, to be followed by Interment at the Aramoho Lawn Cemetery. Vigil Prayers will be at Mt St Joseph Conference Centre, Hill Side Terrace on Tuesday 27th December 2022 at 4.00pm.
