It is with great sadness we announce the death of Shirley, unexpectedly but peacefully at Timaru Hospital on Sunday morning, December 18; aged 92. Dearly loved wife of Gerald (dec) for 57 years. Much loved and treasured mother, mother-in-law and grandmother of Gary and Carline (Wellington), Judi
and Samantha and Leigh (Brisbane), Nicky and Ron, Seth and Neve (Christchurch). Beloved sister to Anni and
the late Warren and Bruce Schrader. Respected and admired by her wider family and friends. We are grateful to have had her in our lives for so long. Much appreciation to doctors and nursing staff at Timaru Hospital, and heartfelt special thanks to the caring staff at Glenwood Home who looked after our dear Mum for the past year. A memorial and celebration of Shirley’s life will be announced at a later date.
