PITAMA, Kapua Oterangi
On December 19, 2022 passed away peacefully at Ngaio Marsh hospital, aged 78 years. Cherished mother of Katya, son-in-law Buck and much loved Taua of Samuel. Daughter of the late Ruta Mania and Hoani Maaka Pitama. Loved sister and sister-in-law of the late Kororia and Matson Fowler, John and Pat Pitama, Mania and Arthur Flutey; Makarini (deceased) and Colleen Pitama, Ron and Ariana (deceased) Williams and the late Ross and Hoani Pitama. Loved Aunt of all her nieces and nephews. The Funeral service for Kapua will be held at Tuahiwi Marae today, Wednesday at 11.00am, followed by interment at the Tuahiwi Urupa.
