Death

Entered into the Kingdom of God on December 10, 2022, aged 94 years, after a short illness. Adored and loving wife of the late Jim. Dearly loved mother of Cheryl, Neville and Elizabeth and the late Lynn. A much loved sister of Dawnie, and the late Phyllis and Cedric. A loving grandmother and great-grandmother. Heartfelt thanks to Stephen and Barbara (Nelson Hospital Chaplaincy), and to Paul and the St Paul’s Church community (Brightwater). Special thanks to all the staff in the AT and R ward who cared for Shirley with such compassion, also to the Access carers who supported Shirley at home prior to her sudden illness.
