Died peacefully with his love and best friend for 64 years, Christabel (McNeill) and family at his side. Ron was a much loved and respected father, father-in-law, grandfather and great-grandfather to Clark and Jackie, and Ellie; Kenneth, Jacob, Kelsey and Kieren, Lachie, Mason, and Abbey; Tony and Cheryl, Kate, and Christy. Loved son of Eric* and Molly*, brother and brother-in-law to Ian and Jill, Kenneth* and Margaret*, Louise and John* Henderson, and Jim* and Ina McNeill. Loved uncle to his nieces and nephews. Many thanks to Dr Ewan Adam and the Murihiku Medical Services Staff, Windsor Pharmacy, Rebecca from Hospice Southland, Sally from Health Care, Southland Hospital, and Nigel and Christine Edwards. Ron’s wish was for a small family Funeral Service which has already been held. Flowers respectfully declined and donations to Hospice Southland would be appreciated.
