Peacefully at Bob Scott Home & Hospital on 2 December 2022, in her 88th year. Loving wife of the late Ron; mother and mother-in-law of Michael and Ann Francis, Carolyn and John Garvitch, Alison and Kerry Nicholas, Richard and Julie Francis, and the late Gillian Francis; grandmother of Samantha and Zac, Joshua and Crystal-Jane, Jonathan, Kristen, Kayla, Hannah and Jack; great-grandmother of Athena, Zelic and Veniamin. A celebration of Noeline’s life will be held in Knox Church, High Street, Lower Hutt on Tuesday 13 December 2022 at 1.00pm.
