LEWIS, Michael Joseph
Peacefully passed away following a short illness on Monday, November 28, 2022, aged 74 years. Dearly loved and cherished husband of Annelies, much loved father and father-in-law to Sean and Sarah, Steve and Emma, Jake and Di, and Lydia. Adored grandfather of Bethany and David, Brian, Matt, Katie, Jennifer, Hannah, Emily, Samantha, Becs, Olivia and Michael, and special great-grandfather to Myah. Our sincere gratitude for the care and compassion provided by the staff of Ward 24 at Christchurch Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations may be taken at the service for the Melanoma New Zealand Foundation. A celebration of Mike’s life will be held at the Gospel Way Outreach Church, 36 Charles Street, Kaiapoi, on Friday, December 2, at 1.00pm.
