Of Summerset, Paraparaumu; formerly of Wainuiomata. On Friday, 25 November 2022, aged 83 years. Dearly loved husband of Margaret. Loved father of Emerson & Ruth, Francis, and Nicholas & Sarah. Stepfather to Edwin and Julian Tough, and Darryl and Mark Burling. Loved grandfather to Liam, Carys, Georgia, Ella, and Declan. Special thanks to Wellington Free Ambulance and staff at Wellington Hospital for their wonderful care. A service to celebrate Lionel’s life will be held at Kapiti Coast Funeral Home Chapel, 9-11 Hinemoa Street, Paraparaumu, at 2.00pm on Tuesday, 6 December, to be followed by a private cremation.
