Former Royal Navy and Royal New Zealand Navy. Passed away peacefully at Christchurch Hospital on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, aged 90. Loved husband of the late Margaret (and step-father to her children). Loving father and father-in-law of Christine and Graham; David and Karen, Jane, and Allen and Annie. Loved grandfather and great-grandfather. Messages to the Hyett family, c/- PO Box 10345, Christchurch 8145. A celebration of Bob’s life will be held in the South West Baptist Church, 244 Lyttelton Street, on Wednesday, November 30, at 2.00pm. Private cremation thereafter.
