SMITH, Albert Mitchell
Albert passed away in the presence of family at Jack Inglis Friendship Hospital on Monday, November 1, 2022, aged 96 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Rose and friend to the late Maree, cherished father and father-in-law to Jenny and Jim Sullivan (Motueka), Jan and John (Christchurch), Mike and Jenny (Christchurch). Loved grandad of nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. A very caring man full of character and humour with an adventurous spirit. Originally from Norfolk, England, settled in Christchurch from 1956 to 2019, then Motueka. A private cremation has been held according to Albert’s wishes.
