Died peacefully at the age of 97 years at Summerset In The Bay. Loved husband of Ngaire, father and father-in-law of Jill Newby, Paul Nisbett, Michael and Andra Newby, and Kay and Dan Foley. Grandfather of Adam, Matt, and Bronnie; Jonathan, and Louisa; Liam, Kieran,Tom, and Hannah. Great-grandfather of Eric, and Freddie, Parker, and Mayer. Thanks to the staff for their loving and respectful care. A celebration of Peter’s life will be held at the Sugar Loaf Chapel of Howard & Gannon Funerals, cnr Lee Road and Gloucester Street, Taradale, Napier, on Monday, November 14, 2022 at 1.00pm, followed by a private cremation.
