SMITH, Edward Thomas (Ted)
Passed peacefully on November 4, 2022, at Summerset Wigram, Aged 101 years. Dearly loved husband and companion of Frances for 15 years, and the late Lorna. Loved father and father-in-law of Garry and Mary, Sandra and Ray, Kevin and Hathai, Leicester and friend Trish. Ted was loved grandad and great-grandad, and a respected stepfather of Frances’ Family. A special thank you to the staff at Summerset for their wonderful care of Ted. Messages can be sent to Villa 79, Summerset Retirement Village, Awatera Road, Wigram, Christchurch. In accordance with Ted’s wishes, a private family service has been held.
