Peacefully at Tokoroa Hospital. Aged 78 years. Loved Father to Donnamarie and Selena and the late Andrea. Funeral Prayers for Sam will be held at the South Waikato Funeral Services Chapel, Commerce Street, Tokoroa, on Thursday, 3rd November, at 11.00am, followed by interment at The Tokoroa Lawn Cemetery.
