Died peacefully in his sleep at Burwood Hospital on October 24, 2022, aged 96. He was the dearly loved husband of Joy, celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary earlier this year. Dearly loved Dad and father-in-law to Sharyn and Kevin Ashworth, Nicky and Stuart McAnulty, andKim. Beloved Grandad to Corey and Brenda, Tania and Graham, Nathan and Sally, George and Biddy, Jesse and Nicola, Tara and Sam, Stacey and Brad and Amanda. Treasured Great-Grandad Merv to Olivia, Ella, Katie, Jade, Lincoln, Ruby, Hunter, Angus, Abigail, Addison, Beauden, Lavinia, Max, Fred, Oscar, Mackenzie, Haidee and Kaden.
