Passed away peacefully at home on 25th October 2022. Devoted daughter of the late Matepuku Ngawaka (snr) Jean ( nee Brown) Piripiteone Phillips. Treasured mother, mother-in-law to Bella & Clarry, Ian Thomas (jnr) Shian & Corey. Beloved sister, sister-in-law of the late Michael (snr) & Jane, Len & Elaine, Gaye & Neville, Rose & Shadie, Late Nigel & Carey, Robyn & Blue, Jay & Ken. Evelyn is laying in state at 9 Olwyn Green Dinsdale. She will be remembered by all her mokos, mokomokos, cousins, nieces and nephews. Service will be held on Friday, 11.00am, followed by kai Hakari. She will then be buried at Mokoroa Urupa Berntsen Rd, Hauturu.
