Passed away peacefully at the Kahurangi Dementia Unit in Greymouth, with loving family by his side, on October 21, 2022, aged 67. Dearly loved son of the late Andrew and Catherine, deeply loved brother and brother-in-law of Maureen and Ashley Tinnion, Mary and Brian Vieceli, Donna and the late Michael Casserly, Michael and Kathy, Peter and Margaret, Andrew and Shirley, Catherine and Tony Keating, Brian, and the late Kerry, a cherished uncle, cousin, and friend, a devoted mate of Paddy, Michael and the ‘morning walking crew’. The family would like to say a huge thank you to the staff of the Kahurangi Dementia Unit who cared for John with genuine love and respect. Your kindness will never be forgotten.
