Passed away peacefully on October 20, 2022, aged 91 years. Dearly loved husband of Peggy, loved father and father-in-law of Andy and Jo, Rodger, Carol and Chris, Craig, and Grant. Treasured grandad of James, Emily; Emma, Nicole, and Christopher. Messages to the Bitmead family, c/- PO Box 35, Rangiora 7440. A celebration of Noel’s life will be held at the Oxford Union Parish Church, corner of Main Street and Burnt Hill Road, Oxford, on Thursday, October 27, at 1.00pm.
