Of Feilding, formerly of Woodville, on Friday 14th October 2022, peacefully at Palmerston North Hospital, after a short illness, aged 87 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Val. Much loved Dad of Paul and Marni, Karen and John Britton, and Murray and Eva. Treasured Grandad of Torsten. The Rosary for Des will be recited on Wednesday 19th October, 2022 at 6.30pm at St Brigid’s Catholic Church, 4 Monmouth Street, Feilding, followed by a Funeral Mass for Des on Thursday 20th, October, 2022 at 11.00am. Des will then be buried at the Woodville Lawn Cemetery, Pinfold Road, Woodville at approximately 3.00pm.
