Loved mother and mother-in-law of Ingrid-Hilary and Simon, Ian (Evan) and Vicki, Danielle and Nuulopa, Nicola Mary and Shinya, Dominic and Nigel, Carne and Mark, Jessica and Sven, and “More Mummy” to Sara and Pete. Grandmother to Kurt, Lena, Nina, Otto, Imogene, Stella, and Scarlett. Former wife to Michael. Sister to Claire and Lance. Daughter to Henry and Jessie ‘Ulu’ Hunkin. Aunt to Pauga Henry and wife Ianeta. Messages for the family may be left in Sophia’s tribute book at www.tributes.co.nz.... The service will be live-streamed via a link at the same tributes website. The service to celebrate Sophia’s life will be held at The Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, 375 Adelaide Road, Newtown, Wellington, on Friday, 14 October 2022 at 11.00am, followed by a private cremation.
