On October 13, 2021 at Christchurch Hospital; aged 97 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Douglas. Loved mother and mother-in-law of the late Neville and Susan, and Judith and Michael Ivamy. Grandma to Richard and Jessi and Hayley. Nana to Mark and Stormie, Steven and Alisha, and Paul and Emma. Great-nana to Siena, Rico, Kaia, Beth, Mary and Jimmy. Heartfelt thanks to the staff at The Oaks Rest Home and Christchurch Hospital for their care and compassion. Messages may be addressed to the Boon family, c/- PO Box 111-01, Christchurch 8443. According to her wishes, Hazel has been cremated with a private remembrance to be held at a later date.
