A strong loving family man, community-spirited, caring and generous. Bob was formerly a teacher at Newton School and South Wellington Intermediate (SWIS). He passed away peacefully at Wellington Hospital, aged 79. Beloved father and father-in-law of Danny, Eileen, Audrey, Colin, Marty, and Jenny. Adored grandpa of his many grandchildren. Brother of Jim, David, and Jenny. A memorial function will be held at 4.30pm on Monday 18 October at South Wellington Intermediate School Hall, Rintoul Street, to celebrate Bob’s life.
