Aged 82 years. Son of Perenara (Buck) & Kahoki (Pipo) Mikaere. Cherished tuakana of Witariana (dec), Waikowhai (dec), Alec, Hohepa, Parehuia, Rawe and Rangiatuhi. Eternal strength of his wife Josephine (nee McEwan). Father of Kekua, Monique, Logan, Dion, Rachel, Kirikowhai, Erena and Terewai (dec). Treasured friend. Adored Uncle to many nieces and nephews and loved Koro of his many grandchildren, great & great-great-grandchildren. Tangihanga to be held at Apumoana Marae from Thursday 16 September 2021. Service will be at 11.00am, 18 September 2021, before Dad returns to his loving Kui for burial at Te Whakautupaoa.
