Dearly loved husband of Jenny. Loved father of David, Marion and John, Julia and Mike. Loved grandfather, great-grandfather and uncle. Spencer passed away very peacefully on Saturday after celebrating his 92nd birthday. Long-time farmer of Pauatahanui and Rotarian. Special thanks to Wellington Free Ambulance and Porirua Police staff who arrived to help the family. Donations in lieu of flowers to Wellington Free Ambulance would be appreciated and may be left at the service. A celebration of Spencer’s life will be held at North Porirua Baptist Church, 69f Discovery Drive, Whitby, on Thursday 24 June, commencing at 11.00am, thereafter a private cremation.
