On November 17, 2018, at 102 years of age. Dearly loved wife of the late Norm Phillips, much loved mother of Lorraine and Joan, mother-in-law of Malcolm Dickson. Very treasured Gran and Granny to Hamish and Kate, Linda and Jero and special great-Gran of Ruby and Lilly. Loved sister of the late Eva, Jack, Arthur, George. The friends of Ethel are informed her funeral service will be held at Salvation Army rooms,
