Mum died peacefully after breakfast (weetbix, milk) on Wednesday, June 13, 2018, in Blenheim, 67 days after her beloved Michael (James Michael Lincolne). Aged 87 years. Michael and his Little Bett have left this worldly time on His winged flight for new adventures together, 64 years after they met and fell in love outside Lower Moutere School. Endlessly kind and patient mother of Martin, Baby Richard (deceased), Felicity, Penelope, and Genevieve. Best ever Granny of Max, Lincoln, Ethan, Danielle, Alec, and Isabella. Adored big sister of Ian and mum-in-law of Tim. Thank you for everything darling Mum. Flowers welcome – Mum loves flowers. Messages to PO Box 61, Havelock, Marlborough 7150. A funeral service for Betty will be held at the Mayfield Chapel, cnr Hutcheson and Parker Streets, Blenheim, at 2.00pm on Monday, June 25, followed by cremation at the Sowman Crematorium.
