On Tuesday 19 June 2018 Sylvia passed away peacefully in her sleep at Tamahere Eventide Rest Home. Aged 82 years. Beloved wife of her fantastic husband Allan. Magical Mum that was made in heaven of Bonita & Colin Wooller, Rachiel & Brian Ross, and James and Trudi Oakley. Awesome and loving Nanny of her 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. A service to celebrate and remember Sylvia’s life will be held on Friday 22 June in the Tamahere Eventide Rest Home Chapel, entrance off Cherry Lane, Tamahere, at 11.00am. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Alzheimers Society may be left at the Service or posted to PO Box 5720, Hamilton.
