BUCHANAN, Phyllis Mary
13 April 2018 passed away peacefully surrounded by family after a short illness. Loved wife of Jack, loved mum of Bruce and Paula, Sandra and Hamish. Loved grandma of Chloe and Dylan. Dearly loved sister, sister-in-law, aunty, and niece. A service for Phyllis will be held at Te Mata Hall, Te Mata, on Thursday, 19 April 2018 at 1.00pm, followed by burial at the Te Mata Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations preferred to St John Ambulance Association, Private Bag 3215, Hamilton 3240, or these may be left at the service.
