On Wednesday, April 11, 2018, unexpectedly at home; aged 85 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Corry, much loved father and father-in-law of Ineke and Malcolm, loved Opa of Ange and Daniel, Kelly and Rhys, and Nick, loved Opa Henk of Kaden and Demi, dearly loved brother of Nel, Ome Henkie of Hans and Ronald and their extended families. In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart Foundation would be appreciated and may be made at the service. Messages to the Ritstier family, c/- PO Box 111-01, Christchurch 8443. The Funeral Service for Henk will be held in the Academy Funeral Services Chapel, 65 Main South Road, Upper Riccarton, Tomorrow (Tuesday), at 2.30pm.
