Our story behind Kiwi Modular homes was founded on a vision from John Phillips a construction industry professional with over 30 years experience. Knowing there was a better way to build houses. A way that reduced waste, was more sustainable, a higher quality and for a much better price.
Construction prices and waste continue to soar in New Zealand. For many, building a new home was out of reach or they had to sacrifice style and function. Listening to the market John identified an opportunity to create a high quality, eco-friendly home that was efficient and affordable.
Early 2019, Kiwi Modular Homes was born.
