CLASS STYLES

  • CLASSICAL MAT PILATES

    A low-impact, full-body Pilates workout. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications and challenges offered. Achieve muscle toning and strength building in a welcoming and safe environment.

    Wednesday evenings from 6:00-7:00pm.

    Friday mornings from 10:30-11:30am.

  • PILATES FOR SENIORS

    A slow & gentle, yet effective, full-body workout with an emphasis on breath control and proper form. Our approach combines Mat Pilates with functional movement exercises, promoting strength, mobility, and overall health.

    Thursday mornings from 9:30-10:30am.

Welcome to MOVE WITH ALINA, your personalised Pilates experience in Christchurch, NZ.

Founded by Alina, who relocated to Christchurch to share her passion for movement and fitness with the community. Alina is a certified Mat Pilates and Barre Instructor, and has a diverse background in Dance, Pilates, Yoga and various fitness activities.  

Tailored for adults and seniors, these Mat Pilates classes ensure you experience sessions suitable for your fitness level. These classes are offered in Heathcote, Christchurch, providing you with the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive and encouraging environment.
