Spark halts cell tower construction

Reporter Hauraki Herald

Following a meeting with concerned residents, Spark has stopped construction of a cell tower on a site that sits next to a heritage precinct.

With data usage demand in the Coromandel increasing by more than 1200 per cent, this interruption could mean degraded 4G service for the Rugby World Cup and over Christmas.

Are you for or against the interruption of this build?
