Hi my name is Sean.
I own and operate scfitness and SparkNutrition health and wellbeing. I've been passionate about nutrition, alternative medicine and fitness training for more than 30 years.

I've trained extensively in a variety of marital arts and actively compete in endurance events. I believe that good nutrition is available to all. It is not based on exotic foods or supplements which can be expensive, but rather on wholesome everyday foods and produce.

My goal is to enhance the quality of your life by encouraging informed, healthy and enjoyable food choices as part of an active lifestyle. I offer an ranges of services including, personal training, tailored nutrition plans, training programs for run, bike, swim and triathlon events.
