Smoke and Fires
I am at this point unclear as to whether the fire ban has been lifted with recent rain and showers. However, I ask my neighbours, and your neighbours to consider this. People will be home under lock-down worrying about Covid 19. The older people and those with respiratory problems will not need smoke to compromise further an already anxious situation. Please consider your neighbour. Hold off from burning rubbish for another month at least until it is clearer where we stand with this pandemic.
