An extra-ordinary election leaflet.

Tel from Central Whangarei

I was handed an election leaflet to-day that claimed it was from "Advance NZ". The leaflet said it was authorised by J Ross, xxx Botany Road, Botany. (I have redacted the house number.) This leaflet made some extra-ordinary claims. I have made this a public post in case it was an attempt to traduce "Advance NZ". If the document is not genuine then Advance NZ can say so and I will take it to the Police.

The leaflet was stuck on car windscreens in our local Mitre 10 car park with neither permission nor knowledge by Mitre 10.

The leaflet claims that COVID-19 is no more dangerous than Seasonal Flu and decries Lockdowns and Mask Wearing. It says that WHO states that lockdowns do not work. The party worker who gave me a leaflet said that World-wide there were very few deaths from COVID-19. Instead what has happened is that Governments have simply re-labelled many deaths for political reasons.

Thank goodness these people have no part in Government.

Habit-Building for High School

NumberWorks'nWords Whangarei

Approaching later primary school years can be a time of mixed emotions for students and their parents. Independence is emerging in the form of homework and study time, interest in specific subject areas might be developing, and ideas about the world and how to make a positive impact are surfacing.
By working together with your child to build these 5 actions, habits can be formed now in time to start high school in the coming years, with confidence.
