Desperate plea

Jake from Wadestown

Two years ago my ex filed false charges against me, and used the resulting bail to steal a large number of belongings as well as a lot of money from me. After finally both getting all charges dropped, and presenting my claim in court i have been informed that there is no legal option that i can pursue to reclaim me belongings, most predominantly 2 large bookend crystals weighing ~150kg each that have long been my family heirlooms.

So if anyone has seen one or both of the crystals shown in my picture I would be beyond greatful if you could share where, as then i can take the address to the police and have them help to recover them for me.

But worried stylists across the country are preparing for the hair-pocalypse when salons reopen. Have you resorted to cutting your own hair? How did it go?

Recycling is paused

Simone Borgstede from Wellington City Council

Just a reminder that kerbside recycling has been paused and the Southern Landfill is closed, so please give your recycling a good clean and store it at home for now.
